Here is a series of images I have captured using up to 20 exposures, and with slight movement between each shot. The separate images are then carefully layered together digitally, with varying opacities and blending modes. This imparts a mysterious ghosting, a suggestive dream-like vision evoking an arresting response on the part of the viewer. The idea behind this is to blend the senses, a concept known in medical circles as synesthesia.
