Refunds and Returns

For obvious reasons, I cannot accept any request for refunds and returns of any image if you change your mind after the order has been placed. The production cost of any image is considerable.

However, any print ordered from this website is guaranteed to arrive to you in pristine condition. In the unlikely event of any order arriving damaged in any way, then it will be immediately replaced.

Please examine your ordered print as soon as it arrives. Please also inspect the box or crate it comes in for any signs of damage, preferably when the delivery driver is still there so that he can verify that there is visible damage. Then let me know as soon as possible and I’ll start the process of ordering a new print.

In many years of selling prints, no-one has ever been disappointed with the quality of image or of the framing and mounting or presentation!
