O2 Arena and Canary Wharf, BW. An evening view of London’s stunning O2 Arena and Canary Wharf behind. I captured this view across the River Thames whilst on an assignment for the O2 Arena to produce a wide day-to-night panoramic view. One of the potential locations we chose was here, this is an industrial area to which access is normally strictly forbidden; we had to ask for special dispensation to be able to get here as it has wonderful views of the O2 Arena. Apparently it has also been used for filming, although never for photography, so this image is quite unique. In black and white it works especially well.
