O2 Arena and Canary Wharf. An evening view over the River Thames of London’s stunning O2 Arena, formerly known as the Millennium Dome. I captured this view whilst on an assignment for the O2 Arena to produce a wide day-to-night panoramic view. One of the potential locations we chose was here, this is a private building company’s industrial deposit area to which access is normally strictly forbidden; we had to ask for special dispensation to be able to get here as it has wonderful views of the iconic London music arena. Apparently it has also been used for filming, although never for photography, so this image is unique.
