June 15th 2022. I was up before 5am this morning to capture the sun as it rose above the horizon at precisely 5:35am. The sky and sea were very still last night, so I knew the dawn would be very likely spectacular, and I wasn’t wrong!
When the colours and light are so even and balanced, all I needed was a light touching up on Lightroom or Photoshop in the editing of this ultra high resolution, multishot panorama. Just a little bit of tweaking to enhance and evoke the awesome beauty of nature as it was in front of me, to gently coax out the atmosphere and emotions as I felt them when there, and this panorama was ready. I knew from the viewfinder it would be an instant favourite of mine, and I wasn’t wrong.
